How long does prints take to process and ship?
Processing for prints usually take 1-2 weeks, then we will ship to you the next week so overall 3-4 week turnaround.
What happens if my item is damaged or lost can I get a refund / credit ?
If something goes wrong with your order or it arrived damaged or any other issue, just send me an email with your order number and issue and I'll try my best to fix the situation with either a refund or credit.
